Bill is The Keep Calm Guy – author, speaker, executive coach, and thought leader on embracing change, and leading change in your organisation.
Two traumatic life changing experiences altered the course of Bill’s life. He was caught up in a suicide bomb attack in London on 7/7, and then a few short years later lost his wife to cancer. He has learnt about facing and embracing change the hard way, and with great success. He now dedicates himself to showing others how to deal with change, and in particular to help leaders make change in a way that engages people and overcomes resistance.
In his first book ‘How to Keep Calm and Carry On’ Bill describes his personal journey through change and the psychological strategies and tools he used to help him through it. His second book ‘Change Leadership’ is due out later this year.
Bill regularly contributes on the topic of change and employee engagement and is a regular speaker at corporate events on leading and embracing change. His coaching and leadership development training is deeply routed in his personal experience and he brings a refreshing level of authenticity and integrity to all of his clients.
