Sabine is convinced that companies cannot be successful without appreciative communication.
She is a communication psychologist, certified coach and supervisor of the German Associate for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv), looks back on several years of leadership experience and has been supporting companies such as BioNTech and Aldi Süd International in leadership, team development and communication for 10 years.
Her own experiences in sport as a sports science graduate and later as a manager still help her today when it comes to questions and challenges of leadership. Putting this into practice is important. Her passion is communication and the science of how we can communicate more successfully.

Sabine supports numerous large and medium-sized companies in all sectors in their personnel, leadership and cultural development through individual coaching, team coaching, team development, workshops and training. She moderates meetings and conflict discussions and gives lectures to students at the Cologne Business School. Through the students, she is always close to the future, because they are the ones who create the next level companies. In her opinion, this is why it is so important to deal with the success criteria of communication and leadership at an early age.
Sabine has loved challenges all her life. In her blog, she regularly writes about topics that concern her. For some time now, she has been focusing on the specific challenges of communication, culture and leadership for the innovation process, intending to make it more successful.
