HRS is a Payroll and HR shared services and consultancy practice. It is one of CGI’s best kept secrets and all delivery elements are based onshore right here in the UK. We also pride ourselves on our close proximity model, meaning we are never far away from our client partners.
HRS is industry agnostic, has over 250 clients and a specialist knowledge base of the UK HR and Payroll market spanning over 40 years. The solution and services
Leveraging our own payroll IP SaaS platform ‘ePayfact’ and those of other best in breed providers with whom we have accredited relationships, we offer flexible managed and bureau self-service options.
Our clients vary in size from small businesses to large employers, and cover a wide range of industries. No two clients’ requirements are the same and this is where our flexibility of both products and services comes to the fore. Clients can draw the boundaries of responsibility at a point that works best for them, and can easily make changes to these boundaries should circumstances change. Services can also be built on a backbone of technologies such as cloud and intelligent automation. Additionally, we can blend and integrate with multiple HR software solutions allowing CGI to shape and develop services to meet your business needs. Finally, HRS has accreditations in both ISO27001 and ISO22301, and offers BACS approved Payment Services.

HRS also offers Employee Journey touchpoint consultancy and technology solutions to drive further efficiency and maximise utilisation. Our portfolio can support your strategies to attract, recruit, develop and support a diverse employee base and ultimately the creation of the self-service Digital Employee.
