Here at The Future Shapers we believe strongly in data guardianship and we recognise the responsibility you entrust in us with your data. The Future Shapers’ platform does not store or capture personal information such as your full name and email address unless you have submitted an enquiry, but merely logs your user IP address (Internet Protocol: standard allowing data to be transmitted between two devices) which is automatically recognised by the web server.

Your personal data is being collected when you submit an enquiry or get in touch with us via The Future Shapers platform. If you choose not to opt-in via the opt-in box, you will only be contacted with regards to your enquiry. Your personal data will only be used for this purpose. If at the time you submit an enquiry or when you get in touch with us via the Future Shapers platform you choose to opt-in by ticking the opt-in box, The Future Shapers will periodically keep you up to date with both internal The Future Shapers news and updates and also industry stories, news and updates. Your personal data will only be used for this purpose.
Your technical data, i.e. your user Internet Protocol address, is being collected when you visit The Future Shapers platform. We use this information to support and improve our business services, however, this information will only be used by The Future Shapers and will never be part of a commercial transaction with other 3rd party data brokerages.

Your personal data will only ever be used by The Future Shapers and will never be shared with any organisations or third parties outside of The Future Shapers.
How this will affect you?
All personal data will be retained on our secure servers until such a time you request for it to be removed. At any time, you have the ‘right to be forgotten’. You also have the right to request to see any of the details that we store about you on our systems. Again, you can send this request to info@thefutureshapers.com and we will respond to you within 30 days from the date we receive your email request.
* Excluding financial transaction information. It is a legal requirement that transactional details must be held for a period of 6 years.

This privacy policy only covers our platform (www.thefutureshapers.com). This privacy policy does not cover any other websites, platforms or blogs linked from this domain. However, we do highly recommend all our clients, partners & contributors incorporate and stick to a similar privacy policy.
