As a sea lover, he lives in a coastal town near Barcelona. His passion for sailing has led him to participate in numerous cruises, such as the Atlantic Grand Prix, the Ophiusa, the Rally for Cruisers (ARC), the Copa del Rey and the Catalonia, Spain and European cruiser championships. A hobby that, according to him, has many similarities with innovation: ” When you sail, you learn to need less things, you discover yourself doing manoeuvres that you would have ever done and overcoming situations that beforehand would have seemed impossible.“
He combines his activity as keynote speaker with coaching and training in large corporations and business schools, inspiring managers to develop a Culture of Innovation. Currently, Fran is Innovation Advisor in 7 companies in Europe, USA, and LATAM. He lectures around the world in Spanish, English and German on Leadership, Culture and Innovation, and Innovation Sandbox.
Fran is the founder of DicereGlobal and together with his friend and colleague, Professor Jay Rao, he co-founded InnoQuotient.
