My early career was spent in advertising where I worked with a number of leading agencies to become a Creative Director.
In the mid-80s, I resigned my directorship to become a founding partner of Associates in Advertising. This start-up agency soon secured an impressive client list including global banks, major retail and energy companies, IT and telecoms giants as well as two top car makers.
After successfully selling the agency, just before the Millennium, I have concentrated on marketing consultancy. I helped to launch Shell’s global Sustainability programme, have advised major Formula 1 sponsors on asset exploitation and have undertaken key strategic consulting projects within the financial services sector. I also write screenplays and am a director of the premium gun-making company: Joseph Manton London Limited.
I am a founding director of Clustre – the ‘Innovation Brokers’. I concentrate mainly on raising the profile of Clustre and helping to improve the total marketing effectiveness of our member firms.
