I have been involved with ideasUK for the last six years, joining as a member when launching the idea scheme for MSD, the UK operation of a multinational pharmaceutical company. I formally took the role of Operations Director last year, supporting organisations worldwide in both the public and private sector to maximise their innovation capabilities.
Before coming to the world of innovation, my background is based within the commercial sector of pharmaceuticals with extensive management experience, plus experience in change management, sigma project management and communications. I have a particular interest in how ideas management can be used to really engage employees, gaining business advantage as a result.
